Yes, self-employed persons are required to file an annual Personal Income Tax Return.
Quarterly prepayments are based on the prior year return tax payable and is calculated at 25% for e.g. if the tax payable for 2022 was $1000.00, then you are required to make 3 installments of $250.00 in June, September and December.
Taxpayers must log into their TAMIS account to file their Personal Income Tax return. Once logged into TAMIS, select Returns>Add Return>Select Tax Type (Personal Income Tax)> Select Tax Year (2022) and follow the prompts.
Prepayments can be made at any or our BRA locations, they can also be paid via TAMIS, EZPAY+.
