Land Tax Deadline Quickly Approaching
Taxpayers have just a few more days to clear their 2022-2023 Land Tax bills by the March 31, 2023 deadline to avoid a penalty of 5% plus 1% interest per month.
The Authority is encouraging persons to utilise the online payment facilities available via EZpay+ at ezpay.gov.bb and SurePay Online at www.surepaybillsonline.com.
Over-the-counter transactions are facilitated at the Authority’s Holetown, Bridge St. Mall, Warrens Tower II and Oistins locations. Additionally, in person payments can be made at any SurePay outlet.
Persons can see their information online using the EZpay + platform. Additionally, owners who have not received their 2022-2023 Land Tax bill, can request a copy by submitting a Change of Land Tax Mailing Address form to landtaxbills@bra.gov.bb or visit any customer service location.
